Other research topics:
host-pathogen protein-protein interaction mapping using sub-arrays of thge human proteome. The Ubiquitin proteasome system is currently being studied with influenza viruses polymerase. An UPS-dedicated library covering half of the human UPS is available for interaction screening with a split-luciferase assay in mammalian cells
Other methods/technologies:
high throughput protein-protein interaction screening, split luciferase
Suggestions for potential research cooperations:
we are providing a library and screening strategy for protein-protein interaction mapping of pathogens protein with the human Ubiquitin Proteasome System.
