Structural analysis of lipopolysaccharides, polysaccharides and glycoconjugates using NMR spectroscopy and mass spectrometry in combination with chemical and biochemical methods. 2. Investigation of the relationship between the structure of bacterial endotoxins and their biological activities/physical properties. 3.
