Suggestions for potential research cooperations:

We aim to study the mechanisms involved in antibiotic resistance as well as those involved into pathogenicity of multidrug-resistant pathogens isolated from hospitalised patients, with special interest in Pseudomonas, Acinetobacter, Enterobacteria and Methicllin-resistant Staphylococus aureus. To do this, we use genomic analysis of resistance genes and host-pathogen interaction models with primary human cells including neutrophils, macrophages and dendritic cells.
