We are working on the peptidoglycan biosynthesis, bacterial divisome and beta-lactamases. We can offer expertises in large scale protein production and purification. In addition, we developed an integrated laboratory which allow a complete protein characterization by the use of biophysical techniques (fluorescence, circular dichroism, DSC, DLS, X-ray rystallography). We have also a strong background in cenzymology (steady state and pre steady state kinetics (stopped flow, quenched flow and T jump). We are also involved in the selection of new antibiotics active against Gram negative bacteria
