ESCMID is a non-profit international organization aiming to improve the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of infection-related diseases. This is achieved by promoting and supporting research, education, training, and good medical practice.The main activities include publications of manuals and journals, organization of post-graduate courses, summer school, conferences and observerships and meetings of study groups per topics.
