Suggestions for potential research cooperations:
Zebrafish is nowadays an optimal model organism for addressing a myriad of biological processes. In this sense, I would clearly envisage my collaboration in the development of zebrafish infection models for any microorganism, that could further be used by us or by any member of the project team to study in detail host-pathogen interactions and particularly, to address the innate immune response towards potential pathogenic organisms.
