Developed process for xylooligosaccharides production from agricultural byproducts, natural grass, crop residues (pigeon pea stalks). Presently working on monitoring of gut microflora cahnges through NGS, T-RFLP in pigs to find laternatives for antibiotics. Working on reduction of pathogencity by xylooligosaccharides (generated from green coconut husks)in induced colitic rats. Worked on rumen miroflora of cattle, buffaloe, sheep and goat.
