Suggestions for potential research cooperations: 

My laboratory is able to perform a wide range of molecular and genetic analysis on fungal pathogens. We are mainly specialized on molecular identification of pathogenic Candida species including cryptic species complexes. The laboratory also perform genotyping studies using multilocus sequence typing (MLST) and microatellite genotyping in order to study nosocomial transmission of particular infectious clones. My research group is interested in projects focusing on pathogenic fungi especially in nosocomial Candida infection and molecular epidemiology.
