we are very interested in Lyme disease, fungal infections, nosocomial infections, antimicrobial resistance, Clostridium difficile infection and HIV
Any further information you consider relevant: 
Lyme disease incidence in our area is growing rapidly. We are interested in identifying the species of Borrelia, in understanding pathogenetic mechanisms, the evolution and treatment of Lyme disease. Another field that can be studied, is related to other zoonosis transmitted by tick bite. Antibiotic sensitivity rates of isolated bacteria from nosocomial infections is increasing by the use of broad-spectrum antibiotics especially at carbapenems
